After a rewarding career with US Trust in Private Banking and Wealth Management, in 2005 Kathryn decided to redirect her energies to real estate and joined Washington Fine Properties. Her background in real estate lending as a Senior Vice President in Private Banking, is beneficial as she helps clients navigate the complicated process of real estate transactions. Her professionalism, organization, and attention to detail are invaluable traits when working with both buyers and sellers. She has an extensive knowledge of properties in the Virginia Hunt Country. Kathryn has represented clients in all price ranges from the first time home buyer to large estates. She has handled some of the most important properties in our market. As an active equestrian, she brings insight and experience to clients seeking to purchase or sell related horse properties.
